VINEYARD

This is the exclusive vinification of Raúl Ravanal, son of one of the oldest winemakers in the area. It is a production of only 1,200 bottles of assemblage, 70% Carmenere and 30% Cabernet, from the small vineyard located in the Cava Colchagua hotel.

It is the result of careful farming and minimal intervention in the winery. Thus, the wine is aged in clay amphorae, which respect the unique character that the terroir brings to the wine, and also highlights the characteristics of the native varieties.

We also produce 2,000 bottles of sparkling wine, Brut and Asti variety, traditional method, which converts a still wine into sparkling wine and brings all the nuances to the aromatic profile.
